How it works

If you find a publicly available rate that’s lower than ours for a like-for-like stay, send it to us before booking and we’ll match the price. Unlike most price matches, your Little Blue Door member benefits — room upgrades, breakfast, early check-in and late check-out, and the rest — still apply on top of the matched price.

What “like-for-like” means

To compare fairly, the other rate needs to be for the same thing: the same hotel, the same room or suite category, the same number of guests, the same dates, and the same conditions — for example a non-refundable rate compared with a non-refundable rate, and a refundable rate with a refundable one. It also needs to be a price generally available to the public at the time you ask, in the same currency.

Full terms

The comparison rate must be bookable and publicly available when you contact us, and we may ask for a link or screenshot. It must match on hotel, room category, occupancy, dates, board basis, and cancellation terms. Prices that aren’t generally available to the public — including membership or loyalty-scheme rates such as Booking.com Genius, corporate or staff rates, opaque or “mystery” deals, and group or package prices — fall outside this guarantee. We reserve the right to decline a match where a rate can’t be verified or isn’t genuinely comparable.
